Your team’s reporting access
Facility managers and assistants read monthly operating summaries for their assigned properties. Authorized owners and leadership review owner figures and delivery history. Authorized leadership reviews portfolio performance and health rankings. Your existing company, role and property permissions apply.
Figures with their reporting context
Review revenue, square-foot occupancy with unit occupancy as a fallback, moves and other stored operating figures. Results identify the reporting period and prior reported month. Missing data remains unknown. Portfolio rankings identify their source and completeness; internal leadership results stay separate from owner reporting.
Connect an existing account
LumaIQ accounts are provisioned per operator and team members are invited by their organization. A supported host connection asks you to sign in to LumaIQ and authorize the reporting client. Installation does not create a LumaIQ account or expand access. Use a host workspace your organization has approved for its reporting data.
Read-only reporting
The plugin reads stored reporting data. It does not change metrics, send owner emails, publish rankings, scrape competitor prices or process payments. Account and plan upgrades are handled on the LumaIQ website. Contact support for demo-to-paid or free-tier upgrade requests.
Release availability
LumaIQ Reports is being prepared for public distribution in the United States and Canada. Public review and publication are pending. A private plugin link is not a public client installation link.
